In case you provide us with your personal data, we will assume that you agree with the terms of this notice, the purposes of the treatment of your data, as well as the means and procedures we make available to you to exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition.


This Privacy Notice applies to all clients, suppliers, distributors, contractors, and persons who maintain a relationship with Abastecedora de Insumos Industriales D.E.J. S.A. de C.V., regardless of whether the personal data was collected in person or electronically.

S.A. de C.V., hereinafter "Abastecedora", in order to carry out legitimate, controlled, and informed treatment of your personal data, informs our commitment to your privacy. Therefore, this "Privacy Notice" aims to inform you about the treatment that will be given to your personal data when they are collected, used, stored, and/or transferred by "Abastecedora", with address at Calle Cerro del Cubilete number 116, Colonia El Almaguer, C.P. 88780.   3. -Unique Population Registry Code (CURP)

  9. -Bank details (only in case of payments by transfer or check)

Other personal data, sensitive and non-sensitive, that are not included in the list above may be processed, provided that such data are considered of the same nature and are not excessive regarding the purposes for which they are collected.

The personal data collected by "Abastecedora" have the following necessary purposes:


Commercial:

In case your data is provided for the purpose of participating in recruitment and selection processes, it will be used to:

To exercise the rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition (ARCO), send a written request to the email: ventas@grupoabiisa.com, attaching a copy of your official identification and complying with the requirements established by Law.


Remember that, in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, to process your request you must previously accredit your identity or personality to us, with the intention of proceeding with your request, which must contain at least:

  1. (a) your full name or company name;
  2. (b) indicate if the request is presented personally or through your representative,
  3. (c) your address,
  4. (d) phone number;
  5. (e) indicate your acceptance that the notifications we make in relation to your request take effect through the email you provide us;
  6. (f) the clear and precise description of the Personal Data regarding which you request to exercise any of the ARCO rights,
  7. (g) if applicable, your express statement to revoke consent to the processing of your Data;
  8. (h) any other element that facilitates the location of your Data (date on which the Data was provided to us, identification number of the act celebrated, person who attended you, areas involved) and
  9. (i) the documents that accredit your identity and/or personality with power of attorney.

7. MODIFICATIONS TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE.

This notice may be modified due to legal, internal, or business changes. Any change will be informed by email or on our website in the "Privacy Notice" section.


8. COMPLAINTS AND REPORTING.

If you consider that your right to data protection has been violated, you can go to the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Personal Data Protection (INAI) at www.inai.org.mx.
